Do:

Interview ladies, be friendly to everyone, promote our twerk agency and website.

Engage in entertaining the people that come in the club. Will not be paid for afk.

People come into the club, we welcome them to the TMA.

Ask ladies if they wanna join a twerk team, guys, can join, but can only be managers of a twerk team.

Interviews at a desk goes like:

Friendly and welcomeing, how are you today?

Are you interested in joining a twerk team, yes, please join our group twerk teams on imvu. i will link, (you link the website and watch the count level go up)

name, age, and talents, do u twerk? dance, how commited are u to imvu,?

If they ask about the Twerk agency, we tell them all that we do, We help ladies form twerk teams, we run the twerk battles, we have events, another perk is we make youtube music videos. We are a tight clique. We take our job seriously, We do not cus out people for no reason. We film , we hang out with each other, Show them the website, be friendly, dance with them, talk to them, make the club BUMPIN, we want people to come to the club, ask them what could make the club better. lastly tell them to Enjoy and rate the club a 5. :)

 

ask them to read the signs on the wall, twerk battle rules, events, how tos

 

Do nots:

-just advertise and say join this, you must take them to a desk, or judge chair, and interview them infront of the judges stand...also, we walk through with them, and make sure they join. watch that number count go up, show them the website, answer any questions. 

we do not say, can i help u? that is wrong.

they dont know what we do, we need to explain our agency.

if they want to enjoy the club and are not interested , then we tell enjoy the club, n rate , ty.

 

-No sex in the club, No stripping, No inter co worker dating.

-No bashing each other, help each other out, entertain the people in the club. make them feel welcome and wanna come back.

-Make everyday a THEME day, like pajama day: rave day: hippie day: etc. 

-come to have fun, enjoy with everyone, work and have fun.
